These terms of use govern access to and use of our care protocol diary application (hereinafter \"the Application\"). By using the Application, you accept these conditions in their entirety.<\/p>\n

The Application allows users to :<\/p>\n

  • Plan and follow their care protocols<\/li>\n
  • Synchronise their medical appointments with Google Calendar<\/li>\n
  • Receive reminders for their treatments<\/li>\n
  • Manage their care schedule centrally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Access to Google Data<\/h2>\n

    3.1 Authorisations requested<\/h3>\n

    The Application requires access to the following Google services:<\/p>\n

    • Google Calendar<\/strong> : to view your calendar, create and modify events related to your Lumen Care protocol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3.2 Use of Data<\/h3>\n

      We only use your Google Calendar for:<\/p>\n

      • Check your availability when planning your sessions<\/li>\n
      • Automatically create events for your Lumen Care protocol<\/li>\n
      • Modify events created by our application if you adjust your schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        No data from your Google Calendar is stored on our servers.<\/strong> Access is only available in real time when using the application.<\/p>\n

        3.3 Restrictions on Access<\/h3>\n

        • We only access the calendars you choose to connect<\/li>\n
        • We only modify events created by our Application<\/li>\n
        • We never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          4. Protection of Medical Data<\/h2>\n

          4.1 Confidentiality<\/h3>\n

          • All your health data is treated with the strictest confidentiality<\/li>\n
          • We respect medical confidentiality and current regulations (RGPD, etc.)<\/li>\n
          • Your medical information is never sold or used for commercial purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • End-to-end encryption for all communications<\/li>\n
            • Secure data storage in accordance with medical standards<\/li>\n

                • Do not share your login details<\/li>\n

                  • The Application is an organisational aid, not a diagnostic tool<\/li>\n
                  • It does not replace the advice of your GP.<\/li>\n
                  • In the event of a medical emergency, contact the emergency services immediately<\/li>\n
                  • Always check your prescriptions with your healthcare professional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    6. Data management<\/h2>\n

                    6.1 Retention<\/h3>\n

                    • Retention of data for the duration of active use of the service<\/li>\n
                    • Can be deleted at any time at the user's request<\/li>\n
                    • Secure archiving for legal obligations (applicable legal period)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                              • Scheduled maintenance announced in advance<\/li>\n
                              • Backup of your data in the event of interruption<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                • Online documentation available<\/li>\n
                                • Problem resolution within 48 working hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                  9. Modifications and Termination<\/h2>\n

                                  • Email notification of any major changes<\/li>\n
                                  • 30 days to accept the new conditions<\/li>\n
                                  • Possibility of cancelling in the event of disagreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                    • Can be cancelled at any time by the user<\/li>\n
                                    • Deletion of data within 30 days of termination<\/li>\n
