What is the link between chronic fatigue, porous intestines and food intolerances?

La chronic fatigue is that regular state of tiredness that occurs without any objective explanation of physical or mental effort, or even lack of sleep.

Le irritable bowel syndrome (SII) or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is, in my view, potentially one of the main causes of chronic fatigue. The reason is extremely simple. Nutrients are assimilated in the small intestine. Nutrients pass directly from the intestine into the bloodstream, filtered through the sieve in the intestinal wall. If porosity makes this sieve looser than it should be, it will mechanically let through larger molecules that are not destined to pass into the bloodstream. As a result a form of intoxication that the immune system will have to be eliminated one way or another. This is true no matter what you eat, including a simple organic salad leaf, not all of which has to pass into the bloodstream.

Now imagine that, regardless of IBS, you are unaware that you have IBS. intolerant or hypersensitive to certain foods. In this case, the immune system will consider the molecules of this food as toxic, even if the size of the molecules is adapted and even if in absolute terms they are good nutrients.

There is also a whole range of the relationship between chronic fatigue and food intolerances which are complex and can vary from one person to another. Here are a few points to consider:

  • Inflammation : Food intolerances can trigger an inflammatory response in the body. Chronic inflammation can contribute to the disruption of metabolic processes.
  • Digestive dysfunction : Food intolerances can cause digestive problems such as bloating, gas, diarrhoea or constipation, which can interfere with the proper absorption of nutrients essential for energy and general well-being.
  • Nutritional imbalance : When people are intolerant to certain foods, they may avoid these foods, which can lead to a nutritional imbalance if they are unable to obtain the necessary nutrients from other sources. A nutritional imbalance can lead to fatigue and other health problems.

Killing two birds with one stone

Now imagine accumulating food sensitivities and porous intestines. This leads to a body in permanent intoxication, where every meal is a slow-burning poisoning. Every day, the immune system will run a marathon to detoxify the blood. This effort is far from trivial and mechanically leads to a hoarding of physical resources, which results in the loss of jobs and the loss of income. chronic fatigue. It's a tiredness that, while not visible from the outside, is perfectly justified from the inside.

It is important to note that the relationship between chronic fatigue and food intolerances is not always direct or clear-cut. Some people suffering from chronic fatigue can benefit from identifying and managing food intoleranceswhile others may little or no improvement.

You can be accompanied by a Vibratory Reinformation practitioner in order to establish an energy audit to identify and remove potential sensitivities which could be linked to chronic fatigue.
