Terms of Use - Lumen Care Protocol Tracking Diary Application

1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms of use govern access to and use of our care protocol diary application (hereinafter "the Application"). By using the Application, you accept these conditions in their entirety.

2. Description of the Service

The Application allows users to :

  • Plan and follow their care protocols
  • Synchronise their medical appointments with Google Calendar
  • Receive reminders for their treatments
  • Manage their care schedule centrally

3. Access to Google Data

3.1 Authorisations requested

The Application requires access to the following Google services:

  • Google Calendar : to view your calendar, create and modify events related to your Lumen Care protocol

3.2 Use of Data

We only use your Google Calendar for:

  • Check your availability when planning your sessions
  • Automatically create events for your Lumen Care protocol
  • Modify events created by our application if you adjust your schedule.

No data from your Google Calendar is stored on our servers. Access is only available in real time when using the application.

3.3 Restrictions on Access

  • We only access the calendars you choose to connect
  • We only modify events created by our Application
  • We never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

4. Protection of Medical Data

4.1 Confidentiality

  • All your health data is treated with the strictest confidentiality
  • We respect medical confidentiality and current regulations (RGPD, etc.)
  • Your medical information is never sold or used for commercial purposes

4.2 Safety

  • End-to-end encryption for all communications
  • Secure data storage in accordance with medical standards
  • Access restricted to authorised members of our technical team

4.3 Accommodation

  • Data hosted in the European Union
  • Servers certified for health data processing
  • Regular, secure back-ups

5. Responsibilities of the User

5.1 Appropriate use

You agree to :

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Use the Application only for your personal medical needs
  • Do not share your login details
  • Report any safety problems

5.2 Medical liability limits

  • The Application is an organisational aid, not a diagnostic tool
  • It does not replace the advice of your GP.
  • In the event of a medical emergency, contact the emergency services immediately
  • Always check your prescriptions with your healthcare professional

6. Data management

6.1 Retention

  • Retention of data for the duration of active use of the service
  • Can be deleted at any time at the user's request
  • Secure archiving for legal obligations (applicable legal period)

6.2 User rights

In accordance with the RGPD, you have the following rights:

  • Access to your personal data
  • Correcting inaccurate information
  • Deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Portability of your data
  • Opposition to processing

6.3 Exporting and deleting

  • Export all your data in standard format
  • Complete deletion of your account and associated data on request
  • Processing time: maximum 30 days

7. Google integration

7.1 Compliance with Google Policies

Our Application respects :

  • Terms of use for Google APIs
  • Google's privacy policy
  • OAuth 2.0 security requirements

7.2 Revocation of Access

You can do this at any time:

  • Revoke access to Google APIs via your Google Account
  • Disconnect the Application from your Google services
  • Modifying authorisations

8. Availability of the Service

8.1 Availability

  • Service available 24/7 whenever possible
  • Scheduled maintenance announced in advance
  • Backup of your data in the event of interruption

  • Problem resolution within 48 working hours

9. Modifications and Termination

9.1 Changes to the Conditions

  • Email notification of any major changes
  • 30 days to accept the new conditions
  • Possibility of cancelling in the event of disagreement

9.2 Cancellation

  • Can be cancelled at any time by the user
  • Deletion of data within 30 days of termination
  • Retention only for legal obligations

10. Legal provisions

10.1 Applicable law

These conditions are governed by French law.

10.2 Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, we will endeavour to resolve it amicably. Jurisdiction: French courts.

10.3 Partial nullity

If a clause is found to be invalid, the other provisions remain applicable.
