My intolerance to pollens has disappeared

To find out more

Did you know thatone person in four in France suffers from intolerance respiratory with varying degrees of inconvenience?
In the most densely populated areas, they can be exacerbated by air pollution.
Millions of French people are affected by more or less disabling pollen intolerance (rhinitis, conjunctivitis, asthma, etc.).
The Regional Health Agency, in collaboration with a number of partners, is conducting monitoring and information campaigns to limit the risks of exposure.

What is pollen intolerance?

Pollens cause allergic reactions called pollinosis in areas of contact: mucous membranes, respiratory tract and eyes. More rarely, they can cause skin reactions such as eczema or urticaria.
Allergy sufferers generally experience the following symptoms: sneezing attacks, runny nose (rhinitis), blocked nose, difficulty breathing through the nose, red, irritated and watery eyes (conjunctivitis), itchy palate, nose and ears, hoarseness, irritable cough. Mucus accumulated in the paranasal sinuses can lead to a sensation of pressure in the sinuses, as well as jaw pain and headaches.

Is there a natural, effective treatment for pollen intolerance?

I'm sure you're familiar with the symptoms mentioned above. Which is why it's a good idea to read on.
Fortunately, there is a natural, non-invasive solution to intolerance to pollensGrass intolerance, also known as hay fever.
This is a treatment using Homeopathic Contact™ which enables all forms of intolerance to be quickly and permanently deprogrammed.

Marc was kind enough to talk about how he overcame his intolerance to pollen thanks to the Lumen Care method.
Does Marc's story speak to you? Are you perhaps suffering from the same symptoms and tired of temporary solutions?

Marc :
I'd say that today, compared to what I've been through, I'm at around 5 to 10% of the symptoms I had up until last year.
So it's really a huge reduction in the symptoms I was experiencing with this intolerance.

Diagnosis and short-term solution

My intolerance has started some fifteen years agoIt's about 15 to 20 years old. It was a big surprise because obviously at the beginning it was very light.
I noticed that I had a runny nose in the spring, so I felt like I had a cold. I even took aspirin to help the cold pass.
After two or three years, I said to myself: "It's strange that I always have a cold in the spring". And a friend said to me: "but maybe it's not a cold, maybe it's intolerance".

I didn't really believe in it, I didn't really know what it was. I didn't know many people who were intolerant. I wasn't very aware of the subject. He gave me an antihistamine and said: "try this, if it works, it's probably intolerance and that way you'll know".

What I didn't know was that it was a dose of horse what he gave me. He was very intolerant and so he needed very strong products. It dried everything out for me and was very effective.
Just a little pill stopped my energy for the whole year.

I told myself that I still had to deal with this subject, because in fact the intolerance, which is extremely mild to begin with, was getting stronger and stronger.
And then, curiously, there were seasons when it was very mild, and others when it was much stronger, probably linked to the pollens at the time.

Overall, I had a period of three months which was very difficultwhere I felt particularly exhausted.
My nose was always running, I was always blowing my nose, my eyes were stinging... well, all the symptoms you can have.

An alternative solution

And then I bumped into Olivier. We bumped into each other regularly, but this time I was curious enough to ask him: what do you do, anyway?

And so Olivier explained to me what he was doing and I didn't ask myself many questions: I said to myself anyway, this is a subject that needs to be dealt with and I don't know how to deal with it.

I am fairly careful with medicines. I don't like the idea of taking antihistamines, so I always tried to keep the dosage to a minimum.
Sometimes the tablets were very small, but I cut them in half when I realised that they were enough for a period.

There was a time when I could get away with it for three days, so it was perfect.
And of course the more it went on, the more important it becameso it bothered me to continue taking these antihistamines
[note: antihistamines have a habit-forming effect, which explains why it is necessary to increase doses to achieve the same result].

So Olivier said to me: "I've got something".

And so I got my little box. And when you open the little box and look at what's inside, you think: he's taking the piss. (Laughs)

I didn't know anything about it, I didn't understand how it worked, but above all I told myself that in the worst-case scenario it couldn't hurt me.

We have a small capsule with a kind of stringFor five days and then nothing, for five days and then again for three days and then nothing.

Here's a treatment that can be done in a month: I said to myself I'm not risking anything with this thing.

If it had been pills I'd have asked him more questions, but now I'm thinking "I'll give it a go".

Convincing results

And so I tried this, I must have done the treatment in March, roughly between March and April... at least before the pollen arrived.

To be precise, it's currently 12 June. My symptoms usually start in May and last until July.
And then on 12 June I didn't take an antihistamine !!

So the only time I had to take anything was after a weekend in the garden,

I haven't yet identified which plants I'm sensitive to. So maybe I was under a plant that isn't the spectrum of the capsule.
On Sunday evening, I really felt all the symptoms that I would normally experience in an attack.
But I actually managed to cure myself with this [note: he shows a tube of homeopathy].
So homeopathy, but I only took it on Mondays and then on Sundays. then it was over !

So clearly, if it's not a total cessation of symptoms, it's a colossal reduction which is extremely positive.
So managing to get through a whole spring with just that for a day is something I couldn't do before.

I realised that I'd have to do the treatment again, so I'll do it again. It's very light and not at all intrusive on the body, so I think that's pretty good.
And we'll see whether this can permanently eliminate the remaining symptoms, even if they are fairly minor.

Based on the results I'm seeing today, I'm pretty lucky.
I I'm delighted to have reduced the symptoms so significantlys that I had. If I can get rid of them completely, then I'll be the happiest man alive!
