Did you know that in France, around 1 in 100 people are affected by gluten intolerance and that only 10 to 20% of cases have been diagnosed to date?
Perhaps you fall into one of these categories, and if so, I can reassure you that you are not alone.

This was the case for Céciline, until she used the Gluten Complex.

You're not happy with long, tedious treatments and you're curious to discover a fast, natural method for getting rid of your intolerances?

Transcript of the interview

What were your symptoms?

Céciline :

I had trouble sleeping at night.

I didn't sleep very deeply or prepare myself very well, and sometimes I woke up tired.

I was also having problems with my muscles and joints, with sports pain: my calves were tight, my muscles wouldn't relax any more, and my knees were aching too. I was also worried about feeling drowsy after meals, mainly at lunchtime.

As a student, I found it difficult to study in the afternoon. I always wanted to take a nap.

Why an Equilibre gluten patch [editor's note: now renamed "Complexe Gluten"]?

Céciline :

As far as quality of sleep is concerned, I'd heard that gluten could play an important role at joint and muscle level, so I thought why not give it a try.

I realised that it was really after eating wheat flour and cereals in the morning that I had problems with digestion and sleepiness.

It was time to become desensitised.

How did you hear about the Balancing patches (Gluten Complex) ?

Céciline :

I'd found it by chance via Facebook, if I'm not mistaken, and I thought 'why not'. So I decided to take part in the protocol.

Is the protocol difficult to follow?

Céciline :

No! I didn't find the protocol complicated. There's the patch (vial) that you simply put on with the string. It may move, but I simply secured it with a bandage.

For the first few days, it heats up and can become unpleasant after a few hours.

It's hard to keep it up all the time, but gradually you manage to forget about it as the days go by, and I don't find that restrictive at all.

You put it on in the morning and take it off in the evening.

Were there any results?

Céciline :

There have been quite a few changes, my symptoms have diminished and disappeared, as have the muscle and joint problems. I went back to sport two weeks after the protocol and I had no more pain, it had simply disappeared.

My bowels became more and more comfortable and I no longer felt drowsy.

I was also much more active, especially in the afternoon after a meal, and the quality of my sleep was gradually starting to improve.

I slept better and better and was much more rested.

What's next?

Céciline :

Since then I've been fine. I take gluten once a week, or once every 10 days.

And sometimes I can take them over several days without worrying, but without abusing them. But I have to admit that it's less painful when I take them now.

I also recommended the protocol to a friend for her lactose problems. I did it because I'm used to homeopathy and I treat myself a lot with this method, and I always get great results, so I tell people to try it. And in the worst case scenario, if it doesn't work, there are no side effects, there's nothing to lose but everything to gain.
